St Margaret’s School for Girls is ideally situated within the heart of the city of Aberdeen, with excellent transport links to surrounding towns and villages.
Stagecoach buses offer a regular service from Fraserburgh, stopping at Peterhead, Ellon,and other North-east towns along the way.
First Bus, meanwhile, runs regular services from locations around Aberdeen into the city centre. It also offers a park and ride facility every 15 to 30 minutes from the Bridge of Don.
Aberdeen railway station is located in the city’s Guild Street, just a 15-minute walk from the school and offers regular trains to Dyce, Inverurie and Dundee. Scotrail offers a free app to ensure you receive live journey updates and from which you can also purchase train tickets on your phone.
In addition to the public transport options, St Margaret’s offer a morning bus service from Banchory, which stops at various locations en-route; there is also a school taxi service available from Inverurie.
